To initiate the evaluation process by the PSG Credentials Committee, please submit your completed application electronically to Roseanna Battista.

Review Process and Timeline

The PSG Credentials Committee will review your application packet. They will base their decision on the following: Determination of approval or nonapproval (download). The Credentials Committee typically meets on a quarterly basis. If approved, you and your site will be added to our pool of potential participants and advised of upcoming PSG studies along with current PSG sites. The Steering Committee of each study makes the final decision on the selection of study investigators.
